The CMP affidavit and event registration forms are available on the bulletin board in the lobby of the clubhouse or from committee members.  The affidavit must be completed, notarized and returned to the committee before your reservation will be accepted.

2 If you do not have access to a suitable rifle, please contact one of the CMP Committee members in advance, so that arrangements can be made for a "loner" rifle for the shoot.

CLUB HAPPY HOUR

The Club membership continues to enjoy Happy Hour on the First Friday of each month.  The Club supplies the main entrée and many of the attendees bring a “favorite dish” to the event.  As a result there are some great dishes to be enjoyed each month.  Director Al McVey, who acts as the coordinator of this monthly event, asks that those attending help out by dropping a contribution into the “pot” to  keep the cost of these get-togethers down. Come out and join the fun each month!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Clubhouse Rental is available throughout the year.  Holiday rentals should be booked as far in advance as possible. Use of the kitchen and bar are available with the rental.  Since hiring a professional cleaning crew, the clubhouse is cleaner and brighter than ever.  Call the office for more information. 856-299-5588

The Bar is open weekends and weeknights.  This is one location bar chairman Mike Cabot would like to see utilized a bit more.  Great for a quiet drink or to meet a group of friends, the atmosphere, the scenery and the prices are unequaled anywhere. Members wanting to serve as bartenders during the day, evening, or for functions should contact Mike Cabot. 865-853-7238
